Dancing Marcy Wu Desktop Buddy

This project is mostly finished but since I am not great at editing images nor have buddies that do, so I'm releasing this for now in its current state.

this should work on windows xp but its a bit uhh messed up, also if your windows taskbar isn't on the bottom it will glitch out.

you can reach me @xtbl on discord. File is compressed with mpress to keep the filesize down, leading to false positives with your antivirus, im not sure how to fix that. Feel free to reverse engineer and analyze this! I do plan on releasing the source code eventually.
